Slightly luscious, fruity taste. Spicy and long-playing. Reminds of apple jam and goji berries.
The aroma is iodine, marine.
Consistency and color
It remains liquidy up to 1 year. Then texture becomes pasty and soft.
Color is amber.
A traditional Greek dish is yoghurt with thyme honey. Also, honey will go well with cottage
cheese, dried fruits, baked banana, turkey.
